目的 研究豆科苦马豆属植物苦马豆Sphaerophysa salsula果皮中的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱分离纯化，根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从苦马豆果皮中得到4个化合物，分别鉴定为：5α-豆甾-3-酮(5α-stigmast-3-one，Ⅰ)，5α-豆甾-3，6-二酮(5α-stigmasta-3，6-dione，Ⅱ)，豆甾-4-烯-3酮(stigmast-4-en-3-one，Ⅲ)，3β，6β-豆甾-4-烯-3，6-二醇(3β，6β-stigmast-4-en-3，6-diol，Ⅳ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ～Ⅳ为该属植物中首次分得。

ObjectIsolation and structural determination of the chemical constituents from the 95% ethanol extract of the pericarp of Sphaerophysa salsula ( Pall.) DC. Methods To isolate chemical constituents, solvent extraction together with column chromatography was used. Physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structural identification. Results Four compounds were identified as 5α-stigmast-3-one(Ⅰ), 5α-stigmast-3, 6-dione (Ⅱ), stigmast-4-en-3-one (Ⅲ), 3β, 6β-stigmast-4-en-3, 6-diol (Ⅳ). Conclusion All these compounds were first isolated from the plants of Sphaerophysa DC.
