[摘要]
目的 探讨喘宁软胶囊 (简称喘宁 )平喘作用机制。方法 分别采用生物检定法、HPL C法、免疫 EL ISA法离体测试大鼠多形核粒细胞 (PMNs)生成和释放慢反应物质 (SRS- A)、白三烯 B4(L TB4)、白三烯 C4(L TC4)。结果 在离体试验中 ,喘宁 0 .1,0 .4,1.6 ,6 .4g/ L 浓度及喘宁 4g/ kg ig2 0 d所得血清能明显抑制大鼠 PMNs生成和释放 SRS- A ;喘宁 0 .0 2 5 ,0 .0 5 ,0 .1g/ L及 0 .1,0 .4,1.6 g/ L浓度呈量效关系分别抑制大鼠 PMNs生成和释放 L TB4,L TC4。结论 初步证明喘宁有平喘作用 ,其机制与抑制花生四烯酸 (AA)生成和释放白三烯有关。

[Abstract]
Object To explore the anti-asthmatic mechanism of Chunning Soft Capsule (CNSC) .Methods The slow reaction substance of anaphylaxis (SRS-A) , leukotriene (LTB4) and LTC4 products inratpolymo rphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) were determined by bioassay, HPLC and ELISA in vitro.Results CNSC 0. 1, 0. 4, 1. 6, 6. 4 g /L and the serum extracted from rats ig with 4 g /kg CNSC for 20 days significantly reduced SRS-A products in rat PMNs. CNSC 0. 025, 0. 05, 0. 1 g /L and 0. 1, 0. 4, 1. 6g /L markedly inhibited LTB4 , LTC4 products in rat PMNs. Conclusion The anti-asthmatic mechanism of CNSC may be correlated with suppression of leukotriene products generated by arachidonic acid.
