目的揭示广藿香根、茎和叶的成熟结构及挥发油在其内的分布部位 ,为合理的评价和采收该药用植物提供科学的理论依据。方法 石蜡切片法、半薄切片法、组织化学法。结果 在根的成熟结构中 ,挥发油主要分布在木薄壁组织细胞中 ;在茎中 ,主要分布在皮层和韧皮部薄壁细胞中 ;在叶中 ,主要分布在叶肉组织和叶脉的韧皮部薄壁细胞中。结论 广藿香全草均含挥发油 ;另外 ,根内木质部的粗度、茎皮和叶片的厚度可作为评价广藿香品种优良的 3个指标。
