[摘要]
目的为了进一步揭示中药苍白秤钩风 Diploclisia glaucescens药理活性的物质基础 ,研究并开发其活性成分 ,对采自广西的苍白秤钩风藤茎的化学成分进行了系统研究。方法 经硅胶、反相硅胶和 Sephadex L H-2 0反复柱层析分离纯化并通过波谱分析鉴定了 9个化合物的结构。结果 9个化合物分别被鉴定为 :(2 ,3)反式 -N-对羟基苯乙基阿魏酰胺 (Ⅰ) ,1,5 -二羟基 -3-甲基 -蒽醌 (Ⅱ) ,商陆酸 -3-O-β-D葡萄糖醛酸 -2 8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (Ⅲ) ,商陆酸 -3-O-β-D-葡萄糖 -2 8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (Ⅳ) ,商陆酸 -3-O-β-D葡萄糖醛酸苷 (Ⅴ) ,商陆酸 -3-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ) ,豆甾醇 (Ⅶ) ,豆甾醇 -3-O-β-D葡萄糖苷 (Ⅷ) ,3-甲氧基 -4 -羟基 -苯甲酸 (Ⅸ)。结论 化合物 Ⅰ ,Ⅱ 为首次从本属植物中分离得到 ,通过仔细解析 的二维相关谱 (1 H-1 HCOSY,HMQC,HMBC) ,对化合物 Ⅱ 的碳谱数据进行了重新归属。药理实验表明化合物 Ⅰ具有较好的免疫增强活性 ,化合物 Ⅵ ~ Ⅵ 有也具有一定的免疫增强活性。

Object To carry out a systematic study on the chemical constituents in the stem of Diploclisia glaucescens (Bl) Diels, which was got from Guangxi Province, aimed at finding new pharmacological active substances Methods To obtain pure compounds by using repeated column chromatography (silica gel, RP 18 silica gel, Sephadex LH 20 etc), while the structures of nine compounds were determined by detailed spectral analysis Results The nine compounds were obtained and identified as (2, 3) trans N (p hydroxyphenethyl) ferulamides (Ⅰ), 1, 5 dihydroxy 3 methyl anthraquinone (Ⅱ), 3 O β D glucuronopyranosyl 28 O β D glucopyranosylphytolaccagenic acid (Ⅲ), 3 O β D glucopyranosyl 28 O β D glucopyranosylphytolaccagenic acid (diploclisin, Ⅳ), 3 O β D glucuronopyranosylphytolaccagenic acid (Ⅴ), 3 O β D glucopyranosylphytolaccagenic acid (Ⅵ), stigmasterol (Ⅶ), 3 O β D glucopyrano stigmastrol (Ⅷ) and 3 methoxy 4 hydroxy bezoic acid (Ⅸ) Conclusion Compound Ⅰ, Ⅱ were obtained from Diploclisia Miers for the first time 13 CNMR data of compound Ⅱ were reassigned based on the new evidences found in 1H 1COSY and HMBC experiments Compound Ⅰ could regulate immunologic activities by enhancing the production of T and B lymphocytes
