目的 有效提取金线莲 RNA,为研究内生真菌促进其生长机制奠定基础。方法 CTAB法制备 RNA,1%琼脂糖凝胶电泳,凝胶成像仪照相。结果 提取的 RNAA260 /A230 为 2 .0 5 4,A260 /A280 为 1.818,产量达 15 4 .35 μg/g。电泳条带清晰,RNA完整性好。结论 用该方法能高质高量地制备富含多糖和酚类化合物的药用植物 RNA。

Object Effectively extracting RNA from Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Ldl. lays a foundation to research the mechanism of endomycorrhiza promoting its growth. Methods RNA was prepared by CTAB, electrophoresis on 1% agroses gel and photo are taken with MutiImage TM Light Cabinet. Results The ratios of RNA A 260 /A 230 and A 260 /A 280 were 2.054 and 1.818, respectively. And the yield was 154.35 μg/g fresh. The bands were clear on agrose gel and integrity of RNA was good. Conclusion RNA with high quality and high quantity is isolated by the method of CTAB for medicinal plants with high concentrations of polysaccharides and phenolics.
