[摘要]
目的 用 RAPD技术对射干类药材射干 Belamcanda chinensis及混淆品鸢尾属鸢尾 Iris tectorum、野鸢尾I.dichotoma、蝴蝶花 I.japonica、德国鸢尾 I.germanica等 5种药用植物进行分子水平的鉴定。方法 CTAB法和 DNeasy TMPlant Mini Kit法提取射干类药材 5种原植物总 DNA,以随机引物进行随机扩增。结果 用 OPD- 0 8(5'- gtgtgcccca- 3')等作随机扩增引物进行随机扩增时,可得到识别这些物种基因组 DNA的多态片段。结论 RAPD法能有效的鉴别射干类药材,把射干和鸢尾、野鸢尾、蝴蝶花、德国鸢尾等药用植物区分开。

[Abstract]
Object To indentify the crude drugs of "Shegan" Belamcanda chinensis (L.), DC.] and related Chinese materia medica of and related Chinese materia medica of Iris L., including Iris tectorum Maxim., I. dichotoma Pall., I. germanica L. and I. japonica Thunb. by RAPD technique. Methods General DNA was isolated from fresh leaves of B. chinensis and five plants of Iris L. by CTAB and DNeasy TM Plant Mini Kit. The random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used to identify them. Results The polymorphic feather of DNA fingerprints of different species were compared by primer OPD 08. The studies showed that they have different relationships in heredity and the method of RAPD can be used to identify them easily. Conclusion Chinese materia medica of Iris L. can be idenlified by RAPD, and B. chinensis could be differentiated from I. tectorum, I. dichotoma, I. japonica, I. germanica.
