目的 研究丹参药材中的丹参酮ⅡA受热含量降低的变化规律。方法 采用化学动力学法,并采用 HPL C法测定丹参在 70℃,80℃,90℃,10 0℃四个温度加热不同时间丹参酮 A 含量。结果 丹参酮 A 的含量 (lg C)与加热时间 (t)呈直线关系,K70℃ =2 .3789× 10 -3h-1,K80℃ =7.2 176× 10 -3h-1,K90℃ =2 .0 6 0 4 9× 10 -2h-1,K100℃ =5 .6 2 85× 10 -2h-1 。结论 丹参酮 A的分解属一级反应,lgK =14 .386 4 - 5 834.316 7/ T,t2 5℃0 .9=1.9年

[Abstract]
Object To study the regularity of lowering the heated contents of tanshinone ⅡA in the root of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge. Methods Using the Methods of chemical kinetics, the drugs were heated for different time at 70 ℃, 80 ℃, 90 ℃, 100 ℃. The contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A were determined by HPLC. Results The contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A (lgC) with heating time (t) were shown in linear correlation, K 70 ℃ = 2 378 9 ×10 -3 h-1, K 80 ℃ = 7 217 6 ×10 -3 h-1, K 90 ℃ = 2 060 49 ×10 -2 h-1, K 100 ℃ = 5 628 5 ×10 -2 h-1 . Conclusion The decomposition reaction of tanshinone Ⅱ A is a first grade kinetics reaction. lgK= 14 386 4- 5 834 316 7 /T, t 25 ℃ 0.9 =1 9 year.
