[摘要]
目的研究祁连獐牙菜Swertiaprzewalskii全草的化学成分.方法采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,通过波谱方法及化学关联进行结构鉴定.结果分离纯化出15个化合物,分别鉴定为:1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基酮(I)、1,8-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基(口山)酮(Ⅱ)、1,7,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基(口山)酮(Ⅲ)、1,3,7,8-四羟基(口山)酮(Ⅳ)、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-羟基-3,8-二甲氧基(口山)酮(V)、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-8-羟基-3,7-二甲氧基(口山)酮(Ⅵ)、7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-1,8-二羟基-3-甲氧基(口山)酮(Ⅶ)、1-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-7-羟基-3,8-二甲氧基(口山)酮(Ⅷ)、1-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→6)-βD-吡喃葡萄糖]-8-羟基-3,7-二甲氧基(口山)酮(Ⅸ)、8-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→6)-βD-吡喃葡萄糖]-1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基(口山)酮(X)、木犀草素(Ⅺ),β-谷甾醇(XⅡ)、齐墩果酸(XⅢ)、乌苏酸(XⅣ)和龙胆苦苷(XV).结论化合物Ⅳ~Ⅷ、Ⅺ、XⅡ、XN和XV均为首次从该种植物中分得.

[Abstract]
ObjectTo study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Swertia przewalskii Pissjauk. MethodsThe constituents were isolated on silica gel column chroma tography and their structureswere identified by spectral and chemical analysis. ResultsFifteen compounds were isolated and identified as 1,7-dihydroxy l-3,8-dimethox yxanthone (Ⅰ), 1,8-dihydrox yl-3, 7-dimethox yxanthone(Ⅱ),1,7,8-trihydrox yl-3-methox yxanthone (Ⅲ ), 1, 3, 7, 8-tet rahydrox yxanthone (Ⅳ ), 1-O-β-D-g lucopyrano syl-7-hydro xy l-3, 8-dimethox yx antho ne ( Ⅴ ), 1-O-β -D-g luco pyranosyl-8-hydrox yl-3, 7-dimethox yx anthone (Ⅵ ), 7-O-β -D-g lucopyrano sy l-1, 8-dihydrox yl-3-methox yx anthone (Ⅶ ), 1-O-[β -D-x ylopy ranosyl-( 1→ 6) -β -D-gluco pranosy l ]-7-hydrox yl-3, 8-dimethox yx anthone (Ⅷ ), 1-O-[β -D-x ylopyranosy l-( 1→ 6) -β-D-g lucopytano syl ]-8-hydrox yl-3, 7-dimetho xy xantho ne (Ⅸ ), 8-O-[β -D-x ylo pyanosy l-( 1→6) -β -D-g luco py ra nosyl ]-1, 7-dihydrox yl-3-methox yx anthone (Ⅹ ), luteolin (Ⅺ ), β -sitostero l ( ⅩⅡ ),o leanolic acid (ⅩⅢ ), ursolic acid (ⅩⅣ ) and g etiopicroside (ⅩⅤ ), respectiv ely. Conclusion CompoundsⅣ ~ Ⅷ, Ⅺ, ⅩⅡ, ⅩⅣ a nd ⅩⅤ w ere obtained f rom thi s plant for the fi rst time.
