[摘要]
目的 考察不同品种柴胡中柴胡皂苷 a、c、d的含量,以期扩大柴胡药用品种的范围。方法 采用 RP-HPL C法,使用 LUNAC1 8柱、乙腈 -水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为 2 10 nm,以柴胡皂苷 a、c、d含量为指标进行比较。结果 不同品种柴胡中的柴胡皂苷 a、c、d含量差异悬殊,其中云南会泽产多枝柴胡中的含量最高。结论研究所建立的方法适合不同品种柴胡中柴胡皂苷 a、c、d的定量分析,并且结果准确可靠。

Object To observe the content of saikosaponin a, c, d (ss a, ss c, ss d) in different species of Radix Bupleuri and exploit the medical use of them. Methods An optimal RP HPLC method was set up. The samples were separated by LUNA C 18 column with acetonitrile water as mobile phase in a gradient elution, and detected with UV 210 nm. Comparison was done with the index of ss a, ss c, ss d. Results The amount of ss a, ss c, ss d in a variety of species was remarkably different. Among those, the content of Bupleurum polyclonum Y. Li et S. L. Pan yielded in Huize, Yunnan Province was the highest. Conclusion The HPLC method is suitable and accurate for the quantitative analysis of ss a, ss c, ss d in different species of Radix Bupleuri.
