目的 研究我国民间草药狗筋蔓 Cucubalus baccifer的化学成分。方法 利用 Diaion HP- 2 0及硅胶柱层析进行化合物的分离及光谱分析的方法进行结构鉴定。结果 从乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到了 6个化合物,经光谱分析分别鉴定为 6 ξ- m Ethoxy- piperidin- 2 - One(Ⅰ) ;pterolactam(Ⅱ) ;5,7,4'- trihydroxyflavone(Ⅲ) ;4 - hydroxy- 3-methoxybenzopropanyl acid(Ⅳ) ;4 - hydroxybenzoaldehyde(Ⅴ)和 4 - hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅵ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ为一新的天然产物,其它化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
