目的 研究传统中药天师栗 Aesculus wilsonii种子的皂苷类成分。方法 利用大孔树脂柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据、酸和 /或水解产物鉴定其结构。结果 从天师栗种子的 70 %乙醇提取物中分得 8个化合物,分别鉴定为七叶树皂苷 (escins) a、 b、 a和异七叶树皂苷 (isoescins) a, a, b, b, a。结论 8个化合物均为首次从天师栗种子中分得。
