[摘要]
目的为了进一步研究红豆杉中的紫杉烷二萜类化合物,对生长在我国的云南红豆杉Taxusyunnanensis进行深入的化学研究。方法云南红豆杉枝叶的乙醇提取物,经萃取、硅胶柱层析、PTLC、制备HPLC等方法分离,从乙醇提取物的二氯甲烷萃取部分分离得到5个化合物,采用波谱解析(UV,IR,ESI-MS,1HNMR,13CNMR)等方法确定了它们的结构。结果分别为1-acetoxy-baccatin(Ⅰ),7-epi-taxol(Ⅱ),taxchininA(Ⅲ),cephalemannine(Ⅳ)和taxol(Ⅴ)。结论化合物为新化合物,化合物、为首次从该植物分得。

[Abstract]
Object To intensively investigate taxane diterpenes in Taxus yunnanensis Chenget L.K. Fugrowing in Yunnan Province of China. Methods The needles and twigs of the plant were extracted with ethanol, the ethanol extract was subjected to extraction with methylene dichlorid,the methylenedichlorid extract was submitted to chromatography on silicagel column to isolate some compounds. The obtained compounds were purified by PT LC and preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis(UV,IR,ESI-MS,1 HNM R,13 CNMR) .ResultsFive taxane diterpenes were isolated and identified asl-acetoxy-baccatinⅠ(Ⅰ),7-epi-taxol(Ⅱ),taxchinin A (Ⅲ),cephalemannine (Ⅳ) and taxol(Ⅴ).ConclusionCompoundⅠis new ,ⅡandⅢ are isolated from T. Yunnnanensis for the first time.
