目的 研究黄芩苷在不同条件下的稳定性。方法 采用经典恒温法考察黄芩苷在不同pH值水溶液、甲醇、乙醇和氯仿以及小鼠肺匀浆、小鼠肝匀浆、小鼠血浆和小牛血清中的稳定性。结果 黄芩苷在酸性环境中稳定,在碱性环境中不稳定,在上述有机溶剂中稳定,而在上述生物样品中不稳定。结论 黄芩苷在不同条件下稳定性不同,在实际应用中应加以考虑。

Object To investigate the stability of baical in indifferent conditions. Methods The stability of baicalin in water with different p Hvalues, methanol,ethanol,chloro form and in the mouselung homogenate, mouse liver homogenate, mouseplasma and bovineserum was investigated by the classical is other malmethod.Results The experiments showed the baicalin was stable in acidic water and these organic solutions,but unstablein basic water and these biological media.Conclusion The stability of baicalin in different media was different,which should be considered in practice.
