[摘要]
目的 建立银杏叶药材、中间体及其注射剂中间体的指纹图谱。方法 以芦丁为内标物,采用HPLC法分析银杏黄酮苷。结果 银杏叶药材、中间体及注射剂的指纹图谱有较好的相关性,所有共有峰的参数符合国家药品监督管理局关于有关中药注射剂的技术要求。结论 本研究将有助于银杏叶药材的标准化种植及其制剂的质量控制。

Object To setup the fingerprints of Ginkgo leaves, itsextract and in jection so as to control quality of the in jection. Methods HPLC with U V detector was used to analyze the patterns of the original flavone glycosides and rutin was used as in ternalstan dardcompound. Results The finger prints of Ginkgo leaves , its extract and in jection were setu p. Further more, the finger prints of the mshowed an excellent correlation , and all the parameters of the main co-peaks meet the requirements for S D A ' stechnical regulationson the in jection of T C M . Conclusion The studies are useful for the quality control of Ginkgo leaves and its in jection.
