目的 研究乌藤Uvariatonkinensisvar.subglabra的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱层析,SephadexLH-20分离得到9个化合物,通过光谱数据分析。结果 鉴定为棕榈酸(Ⅰ)、硬脂酸(Ⅱ)、二十四烷酸(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、4-烯-3-酮豆甾烷(Ⅵ)、4,22-二烯-3-酮豆甾烷(Ⅶ)、甘油(Ⅷ)、4-烯-3,6-二酮豆甾烷(Ⅸ)。结论 化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ为首次从本属植物中分得。

Object To stud y the chemical constituents in the rhizome of Uvaria to nkinen sisva r . subglabra Finetet Gagnep. . Methods The silicagel column and Sephadex LH- 20 column were used for isolation of the compounds from the plan t. The spectral data were used for structural identification of the isolated compounds. Results Nine compounds were obtained and identified aspalmitic acid (Ⅰ) , stearicacid ( Ⅱ ) , tetracosanic acid (Ⅲ ) , β - sitosterol (Ⅳ ) , β - d aucosterol ( Ⅴ ) , stigmast - 4- en- 3 - one (Ⅵ ) , and stigmas t - 4, 22- dien- 3 - one (Ⅶ ) , glycerol ( Ⅷ ) , stigmast- 4 - en - 3, 6- dione (Ⅸ ) . Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ , Ⅲ , Ⅵ , Ⅶ , Ⅷ , Ⅸ were obtained from Uvaria Linn. for the first time
