目的 研究黄花乌头Aconitumcoreanum中的一个C₂₀二萜生物碱。方法 采用氧化铝柱层析分离,通过理化鉴定和波谱分析确定化学结构。并经单晶X射线衍射分析确证。结果 从黄花乌头中获得一个新的C₂₀二萜生物碱(关附子素)。结论 关附子素是首次从该植物中得到的新化合物。

Object To study the structure of the alkaloidi solated from the root of Aconitum coreanun（ Lévl. ） Rapaics. Methods I solation and purification of the alkaloid were carried out on aluminumoxide column , the structure of the alkaloid was elucidated by physicochemical properties, spectral analysis and X - ray diffraction analysis. Results Guan Fubase Kisa C₂₀ diterpen ealkaloid. Conclusion Guan FubaseK was first obtained from this plant.
