[摘要]
目的 研究滇产回心草的抗急性心肌缺血作用。方法 采用结扎大鼠冠脉造成心肌缺血的模型 ,动态观测 导联心电图 S- T段的变化 ,以 S- T段上抬为指标反映缺血程度 ,同时检测 L DH、CPK、SOD和 MDA。结果 回心草显著减轻 S- T段上抬 ,以 2 g/ kg组为显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;其 1及 2 g/ kg均使心肌梗死范围缩小 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ;L DH和 CPK也有所降低 ,以 CPK降低为显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;回心草还使 SOD显著提高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;MDA明显降低 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 回心草对大鼠心肌缺血具有一定程度的保护作用 ,此效应与其抗脂质过氧化作用有关。

[Abstract]
Object To study the protective effect of Rodobryum roseum (Hedw) Limpr. on acute myocardial ischemia. Methods Rat acute myocardial ischemia models were prepared by ligating their left coronary arteries. Changes of their S-T segment was observed on lead Ⅱ dynamic ECG. Degree of ischemia was assessed by the extent of S-T segment elevation. Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), creative phosphokinase (CPK), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined at the same time. Results R. roseum can significantly alleviate S-T segment elevation, being most evident at the dose of 2 g/kg (P0.05); at doses of 1 and 2 g/kg myocardic infarct size was reduced (P0.05 and P0.01). Both LDH and CPK were reduced, being more evident for CPK. The drug also increased SOD (P0.05) and lowered MDA (P0.01). Conclusion R. roseum is effective, to a certain degree, for the protection of myocardial ischemia. Such effect may be related to its anti-lipid-peroxidation activity.
