目的 测定扶正抑瘤颗粒中总多糖的含量。方法 采用苯酚 -硫酸法测定。结果 扶正抑瘤颗粒中总多糖含量为 3.0 % ，该方法线性关系良好 (r=0 .9988) ，平均回收率为 97.95 % ，RSD为 1.85 %。结论 该方法简单 ，准确和重现性好 ，可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。

Object To determine the content of total astragal an in FUZHENG YILIU GRANULES．Methods The determination was performed by phenol- sulfuricacid method. Results The content of total astragalan in FUZHENG YILIU GRANULES was 3.0 % , the linearity of this method was quite satisfactory ( r= 0. 9988) , and the average recovery rate was 97.95 % , RSD= 1.85 % . Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and reproducible, and available for quality control of the GRANULES .
