[摘要]
目的 研究黄连花全草的化学成分。方法 经柱层析分离,理化常数和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果 分离得到 12个化合物,分别为香豆酸 (Ⅰ),间二羟基苯甲酸 (Ⅱ),槲皮素 (Ⅲ),槲皮素 - 3-O-β- D-葡萄糖苷 (Ⅳ),槲皮素 - 3-O- β- D-葡萄糖醛酸乙酯 (Ⅴ),氯原酸乙酯 (Ⅵ),氯原酸正丁酯 (Ⅶ),胡萝卜苷 (Ⅷ),槲皮素 - 3-O- β- D-半乳糖苷 (Ⅸ),甲基 -O-β-D -葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ),异鼠李素 - 3-O-芸香糖苷 (Ⅺ),芦丁 (ⅩⅡ)。结论 Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅹ, Ⅺ均首次从本属植物中得到, Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次分得的天然化合物

Object To investigate the chemical constituents of Lysimachia davurica Ledeb Methods The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis Results Twelve components were isolated and identified as p coumaric acid (Ⅰ), 3, 5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅱ), quercetin (Ⅲ), quercetin 3-O-β-D glucopyranoside (Ⅳ), quercetin 3 O-β-D glucuronopyranoside ethyl ester (Ⅴ), chlorogenic acid ethyl ester (Ⅵ), chlorogenic acid butyl ester (Ⅶ), daucosterol (Ⅷ), quercetin 3-O-β-D galactopyranoside (Ⅸ), methyl β- glucopyranoside (Ⅹ), isorhamnetin 3-O-rhamnopyranosylglucopyranoside (Ⅺ), and rutin (ⅩⅡ) Conclusion Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅹ, Ⅺ were isolated from Lysimachia L (Primulaceae) for the first time While Ⅵ and Ⅶ were isolated from nature for the first time.
