目的 观察人参皂苷Rg₂(简称Rg₂)与毒毛旋花子苷K(SK)对衰竭犬心的强心作用及毒性比较。方法 复制戊巴比妥钠致心力衰竭模型。给予Rg₂0．5mg/min和SK0．0625mg/min，观察对心功能的影响及药物毒性反应。结果 二药均能升高血压(BP)、加强心肌收缩力，增加左室内压(LV SP)和左室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dt_max)，强心效力SK稍大于Rg₂，但治疗宽度及治疗指数Rg₂明显大于SK。结论 Rg₂是一种安全范围宽的中效强心药物。

Object To observe and compare the cardiotonic and toxic effects of ginsenoside Rg₂(Rg₂)and strophanthin K(SK). Methods In duplicated heart failure model induced by sodium pentobarbital either Rg₂0.5 mg/min or SK 0.062 5 mg/min were given by iv to observe the cardiotonic and toxic effects on the models. Results Both of them can improve blood pressure, strengthen myocardium contractility and increase LVSP and±dp /dt_max SK has a stronger maximum cardiotonic effect, while Rg₂ has a broader therapeutic margin and higher therapeutic index.Conclusion Rg₂ is a cardiotonic of medium effect with broader therapeutic margin.
