目的 探讨溪黄草 Isodon serra (Maxim.) Kudo离体培养的过程,为优良品种的快速繁殖奠定基础。方法 以溪黄草无菌苗的带节茎为外植体,采用 MT基本培养基,附加不同植物激素进行试验。结果 培养基中附加激素 BA有利于芽的发生 ;适宜的 BA浓度为 1mg/L,出芽率高达 10 0 %,且出芽数量多 ;基本培养基以完全的MT成分为好 ;生根培养基选择 MT+ 0 .2 m g/L NAA,生根率为 10 0 % ;试管苗移栽,成活率为 90 %。结论 通过溪黄草离体培养的研究,获得了较高的植株再生频率,建立了有效的组织培养再生体系

Object To study the in vitro culture of Isodon serra (Maxim.) Kudo, so as to lay a foundatio n for the rapid propagation of its improved breeds. Methods The explants used for culture were stem segments with node from I. serra. The media were MT basal media containing different plant hormones. Results The media containing BA were effective to induce shoot format io n. Optimal BA concentration for shoot formation and growth was 1 mg/L. MT basa l medium was better than 1/2 MT. The optimal rooting medium for regenerated shoot s was MT basal medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/L NAA, a root induction rate of 1 0 0% was achieved. The survival rate of plantlet was 90% after transplanting unde r suitable condition. Conclusion An effective plant regeneration system has been established for I. serra on the basis of factors affecting the culture in vitro.
