目的 确定柠檬酸铵在紫杉醇生物代谢途径的作用位点。方法 分别在 0,0 .1,1,10,2 0μmol/L的柠檬酸铵诱导下,观察紫杉烷类物质产量的变化,并通过生物代谢途径进行定性分析。结果 紫杉醇的产量提高近 3倍,而 10 - DAB(10 - deactyl baccatin )与 baccatin 的浓度下降。结论 柠檬酸铵提高了紫杉醇合成途径中从 bac-catin 与紫杉醇间的反应速度,即其作用位点位于 baccatin 与紫杉醇之间

[Abstract]
Object To study the eliciting effec t of ammonium citrate (AC) on the yield of taxol. Methods The study was carried out on plant cell cultures with different concentrations of ad ded AC. Results Yield of taxol was increased by 3 times under 10 μmol/L AC elicitation, while the concentrations of 10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ and baccatin Ⅲ were simultaneously decreased. Conclusion By a nalyzing the changing characters between substrate and enzyme in the simplified taxol synthetic pathway. AC was considered to play the role in increasing the reaction rate from baccatin Ⅲ to taxol.
