[摘要]
目的 为了控制育英颗粒剂的质量。方法 采用薄层色谱法对其中的白芍、甘草和枳壳进行了鉴别,并建立薄层扫描法对其中主药黄芪中的黄芪甲苷进行定量。结果 显示鉴别项下的阴性对照品无干扰,专属性强,含量测定黄芪甲苷在 1~ 6μg间有良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9997),回收率 98.32 %,RSD为 1.38%。结论 本质量标准可有效地控制育英颗粒剂的质量

[Abstract]
Object To formulate a standard for the quality control of the ready-made Chinese herbal preparation YUYING GRANULE . Methods The presence of Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Glycyrrhizae and Fructus Aurantii was ve rified by TLC and the content of ast ragaloside A, the active principle of the main component of Astragalus me mbranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. in the preparation was determined quantitatively by TLCS. Results The TLC spots were highly specific, clear and concentrated, without interference by the presence of negative controls. Conce ntration curve of astragaloside A showed linearity over the range of 1~6 μg, c orelation coefficient r=0.999 7, average recovery rate=98 . 32% and RSD=1.38%. Conclusion This standard c an be used effectively for the quality control of YUYING GRANULE.
