目的为牯岭蛇葡萄Ampelopsisbrevipedunculata(Maxim.)Trautv.var.kulingensisRehd.根的开发利用提供鉴定依据。方法性状鉴定、显微鉴定及薄层色谱分析。结果详细描述了牯岭蛇葡萄根的性状和显微鉴别特征;经薄层色谱分析发现该药材含有羽扇豆醇等4种成分。结论所发现的这些特征可作为鉴别牯岭蛇葡萄根的依据。

Object To provide evidences for the identification o f the root of Ampelopsis brevipedunculata (Maxim.) Trautv. var. kulingens is Rehd. as a basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of th is medicinal plant. Methods The characteristic features were s tudied by macroscopic and microscopic observations and its chemical costituents identified qualitatively by TLC. Results Macroscopic and micro scopic characteristics of this crude drug were described. 4 chemical compositio ns, such as lupeol, were found by TLC. Conclusion The distinc t characteristics revealed in the studies could provide a basis for the identifi cation of this crude drug.
