目的为了安全、准确的使用茜草藤药材。方法对茜草藤的叶、茎、籽实及其粉末进行了解剖学研究、化学成分定性试验及薄层色谱试验。结果获得了茜草藤横切面组织构造简图、茜草藤茎横切面详图、粉末特征图及其化学成分试验结果。表明茜草藤具有明显的生药学特征。通过薄层色谱试验表明,茜草藤的正丁醇萃取液在硅胶板上可分离出清晰的7个斑点。化学成分定性试验结果表明,茜草藤中有酚类、皂苷和黄酮类物质。结论为药材鉴别提供了参考依据。

Object A pharmacognostic study on Rabia cordif olia L. was carried out for the purpose to ensure its proper use with sa fety. Methods The leaf, stem, seed and powder were studied phy t otomically and its chemical constituents identified qualitatively by TLC. Results Diagrams of the transverse section of the plant, crossection of the stem, characteristics of the powder were drawn. Conclusion 7 spots were clearly distinguishable on the TLC plate. Qualitative identi fication proved that they were phenolic compounds, saponins and flavonoids. This may provide references for the further study on this medicinal plant.
