目的提出一种中药口服液生产新工艺,解决原工艺口服液沉淀问题,可有效地保留药物有效成分,连续化生产。方法设计制作了超滤设备TUOL-1型口服液过滤装置。结果既保持了药液的滤速,又使膜受外力最小,使超滤膜能够适用于浊度高、粘度大的中药液处理。结论适用于中药口服液生产,应用效果良好

Object A new process for the continuous production o f TCM oral liquid was proposed without handicapped by the problem of sediment for mation and loss of active ingredients. Methods By designing a n d installation of an ultrafiltration equipment (Type TUOL-1) which may inflict a minimal external force on the filtering membrane while maintaining a normal fil tration rate. Results The equipment was found to be suitable for the filtration of highly viscous and turbid TCM oral liquid. Conclu s ion The new ultrafiltration equipment showed satisfactory Results after years of trials.
