                  目的研究莴笋花Costuslacerus的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析分离,SephadexLH-20柱纯化,分得10个化合物:通过波谱技术和化学降解进行8个化合物的结构鉴定。结果它们分别为:二十八烷酸(Ⅰ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ),薯蓣皂苷元(Ⅲ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ),薯蓣次苷B(Ⅴ),薯蓣次苷A(Ⅵ),薯蓣皂苷(Ⅶ),纤细薯蓣皂苷(Ⅷ)。结论化合物,,和为首次从该植物中分得。

                  [Abstract]
                  Object To study the chemical constituents of the rhizome of Costus lacerus Gagnep. Methods 10 compounds were isolated on silica gel column chromatography and pur ified by Sephadex LH-20. 8 of which were structurally elucidated by spectrosco pic analysis and chemical degradation. Results They were ident ified as octacosanoic acid (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), diosgenin (Ⅲ), daucosteri n (Ⅳ), prosapogenin B of dioscin (Ⅴ), prosapogenin A of dioscin (Ⅵ), dioscin (Ⅶ) and gracillin (Ⅷ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
