以 HPLC- ESI/MS对大豆胚芽中的异黄酮进行了定量和定性分析, 表明 ESI/ MS能够灵敏而准确地反应色谱峰成分的结构特征, 解决了 HPLC分析过程微量和不稳定的异黄酮的色谱峰的定性难题, 以少数的标样即可对所有结构的异黄酮进行定量。

Various isoflavones from soybean hypocotyl were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by HPLC-ESI/MS. It revealed that ESI /MS could identify the unstable and minor isoflavone isomer peaks with high sensitivity and accuracy. All isoflavones could be quantitatively analyzed with the aid of ESI/MS. The components of isoflavone in different parts of soybean and its difference caused by treatments were analyzed and compared by means of this method.
