[摘要]
目的:为此种药用植物的开发利用提供解剖学依据,同时弄清主要药用成分金丝桃素和精油的存在部位。方法:透明材料和半薄切片用显微镜观察并摄影,同时用苏丹黑、0.5 %醋酸镁甲醇液和5 %na OH溶液进行组织化学试验。结果:小连翘的主要药用成分由其分泌结构产生和贮存。各类器官的分泌结构根据形态结构特点可分为分泌细胞团、分泌囊和分泌道3类,前者含金丝桃素,后二者含挥发油,并指出了3类分泌结构在各器官的分布位置和密度。结论:金丝桃素主要贮存结构——分泌细胞团(条)仅分布于叶、花萼、花瓣和雄蕊的花药等叶性器官中,分泌囊和分泌道主要存在于花萼、花瓣和果实等器官中,同时提出了不同药用所采集的部位是不同的。

The structures that secrete and store hypericin and volatile oil, the main medicinal component of Hepericum erectum Thunb, were studied using Sudan black,5%naOH solution and05% methanolic magnesium acetate on semi thin sections of H erectum Results showed that hypericin was produced and stored in the secretory cellnodules, while the volatile oil was produced and stored in its secretory sac and canALThe distribution and denseness of these3 secretory structures in various organs were described to provide a scientific basis for the rational utilization of different parts of this medicinal plant.
