采用人癌裸鼠移植模型以及电镜观察,对从杂色鲍HaliotisdiversicolorReeve中提取得到的鲍鱼多糖(abalonepolysaccharide,AP)进行抗肿瘤药理作用研究。结果表明:AP对裸鼠移植人鼻咽癌具有明显的抑制作用,能明显抑制人鼻咽癌的生长,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和坏死,对荷癌裸鼠体重增长无明显抑制作

Antitumor effect of abalone polysaccharide (AP) isolated from Haliotis diversicolor Reeve was studied on nude mice implanted with human nasopharyngeal cancer cells and investigated under electron microscope. The results showed that AP could significantly inhibit the growth of implanted cancer cells by inducing cell apoptosis and necrosis.
