A chemiluminescent analysis (CLA) for the detection of scutellarein derivatives was established. Results showed that theRSD=0.65% (n=10), the average rate of recovery was (98 ± 3)% (n=6). The CLA method may be applicable to other poly hydroxy flavones, and to predict their biological and pharmacological potentials.
