研究了用反向毛细管电泳分离测定当归中阿魏酸含量的条件。当归饮片用热水提取,电泳缓冲液为Tris-H3BO3(20∶80mmol/L),并加入0.8mmol/L的CTAB作为电渗流改向剂,分离电压为-10.0kV,用安培检测器检测。分析结果每克当归饮片含阿魏酸0.415mg,RSD2.3%,回收率为97.1%
