用反相高效液相色谱法对16个不同产地的川牛膝中所含的杯苋甾酮进行了含量测定。色谱柱为 HypersilODS柱,流动相:乙腈-水(1∶4.9),流速:0.9m L/min,检测波长:243nm,线性范围1.91～38.28μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率93.1%(n=6)。本法简便、快速、灵敏,适合川牛膝中杯苋甾酮的定量分析。

A RP-HPLC method for the separation and determinat ion of cyasterone in the root of Cyathula officinalis Kuan was d escribed. The column was 200 mm×4.6 mm. ID, packed with Hypersil ODS (5 μm) . The determination was carried out with CH3CN-H2O (1∶4.9) as the mobile ph ase, at a flow rate of 0.9 mL/min and detected at 243 nm. The relative standar d deviation of the method was 1.9%. The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of (1.91～38.28) μg, r=0.999 9. The mean rec o very was 93.1%. The method was shown to be simple, rapid, sensitive and accura t e and could be used for the analysis of C. officinalis from dif ferent sources.
