从美丽马醉木 Pieris formosa(Wall) D.Don叶的乙醇提取物中分得4个木藜芦烷型二萜化合物,经波谱分析,确定它们分别为山月桂毒素|(kalmitoxin|,)、山月桂毒素|(kalmitoxin|,)、马醉木毒苷 A(pieroside A,)和木藜芦毒苷 B(grayanoside B,)。以上化合物均首次从该植物中分得,化合物|～|的 1 3CNMR数据已进行了归属。

Four grayanane diterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of Pieris formosa (Wall) D. Don (Ericaceae). On the basis of spectra data, they were identified as kalmitoxin Ⅰ(Ⅰ); ka lmitoxin Ⅱ(Ⅱ); pieroside A (Ⅲ) and grayanoside B (Ⅳ). All of them were isol a ted from this plant for the the first time. In addition, the 13CNMR s p ectra of Ⅱ，Ⅲ and Ⅳ were assigned by comparison with other known grayanane di terpenoids.
