藁本内酯(ligustilide)分别于室温、4℃、-20℃放置,以气相色谱法进行稳定性考察,结果表明藁本内酯可在-20℃稳定保存。通过对异构化产物的GC-MS分析,推测了其异构化产物的结构及可能的异构化途径。

Ligustilide was kept separately at room temperatur es of 4 ℃ and -20 ℃ and examined periodically by GC. The results showed that l i gustilide could be kept only below -20 ℃. It is labile to isomerize at room te m perature. By GC-MS analysis, it is possible to trace the structural changes of its isomerization pathway.
