                  从姜科植物黑果山姜Alpinia nigra(Gaertn.) Burtt种子团中分得5个化合物,经光谱鉴定为黄芪苷(astragalin,)、山柰酚-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷(kaempferol-3-O-glucuronide,)、三十七烷酸-α-单甘油酯(heptatriacontanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester,)、三十七烷酸-β-单甘油酯(heptatriacontanoic acid 1,3-dihydroxypropyl ester,)、三十五烷酸-β-单甘油酯(pentatriacontanoic acid1,3-dihydroxypropyl ester,)。均为从姜科植物中首次分得,其中|含量高达 1%左右。

                  [Abstract]
                  Five chemical constituents were isolated from th e seed cluster of Alpinia nigra (Gaertn.) Burtt (Zingiberaceae) and ide n tified as kaempferol-3-O-glucoside (astragalin, Ⅰ), kaempferol-3-O -glucuronide (Ⅱ), heptatriacontanoic acid 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester (Ⅲ), h eptatriacontanoic acid 1, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester (Ⅳ) and pentatriacontanoic a cid 1, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester (Ⅴ) based on spectral data. Ⅰ~Ⅴ were isolat e d from the plants of Zingiberaceae for the first time and Ⅱ was obtained in a rather high yield of ca. 1%.
