潞党参与新疆党参体外均具有抗自由基作用,且IC50分别为0.111和0.101mg/mL。动物体内实验发现潞党参对小鼠脑SOD、MDA无明显影响,而新疆党参可使小鼠脑 SOD活性增强和使 MDA含量减少明显高于对照组(P<0.0 1)

In vitro,both Codonopsis clematidea(Schrenk) C.B.Cl.and Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.have scavenging effects on superoxide radicals with IC 50=0.111 and 1.101 mg/mL respectively.While in vivo C.clematidea and C.pilosula showed different action in brain superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA).C.pilosula showed no statistic significant effect but C.clematidea increased the activities of SOD and reduced the content of MDA.
