采用气相色谱法,以冰片含量测定为指标,分别对冰片β-环糊精包合物和混合物进行强光照射、高温、高湿、挥发性试验及恒温加速实验。结果,在光、热、湿等因素影响下,包合物中冰片含量没有明显变化,而混合物中冰片含量均明显下降。包合物的热失重百分率比混合物小。实验表明,冰片β-环糊精包合物具有一定的抗光照性、热稳定性和湿稳定性,其稳定性明显优于单纯冰片。

The stability of borneol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex toward light,heat andhumidity was studied by determining the changes of borneol contents by GC,after subjected to variousdrastic changes of conditions.Results showed that there were no obvious changes under the influences of light,heat and humidity in comparison with that of a simple mixture containing borneol,which showed an obvious weightloss.It was concluded that borneol in β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex is more stable than borneol alone
