从百合科植物韭 Allium tuberosum Rottler的种子中分离并鉴定了 5个含氮化合物: N -顺式 -阿魏酰基 -3-甲基多巴胺 (Ⅰ),N-反式 -阿魏酰基 -3-甲基多巴胺 (Ⅱ),N-反式 -香豆酰酪胺 (Ⅲ), 3-甲酰吲哚 (Ⅳ)和 3-吡啶羟酸(Ⅴ),其中 Ⅰ 为新化合物,命名为韭子碱甲 ( tube rosine A),其它化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Five compounds were isolated from the seed of Allium tuberosum Rottl.ex Spreng..On the basis of chemical and spectroscopic analysis,they were identified as:N - cis-feruloyl-3-methyldopamine (Ⅰ),(named tuberosine A),N- trans-feruloyl-3-methyldopamine (Ⅱ),N - trans-coumaroyl tyramine (Ⅲ),3-formylindole (Ⅳ) and 3-pyridine carboxylic acid (Ⅴ).Among them,Ⅰ was a new compound,Ⅱ ~ Ⅴ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
