从玄参Scrophularia ningpoensis根的乙醇提取物中分得 13个化合物,经理化性质和光谱分析,分别鉴定为: β -谷甾醇 (Ⅰ)、肉桂酸 (Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇 -3-O-β -D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 (Ⅲ)、 ningpogenin(Ⅳ)、 6′-O-乙酰哈巴苷 (Ⅴ)、哈巴苷 (Ⅵ)、京尼平苷 (Ⅶ)、毛蕊花苷 (Ⅷ)、安格洛苷C(Ⅸ)、爪钩草苷 (Ⅹ)、葡萄糖 (Ⅺ)、果糖 (?)和蔗糖 (ⅩⅢ)。其中Ⅴ 为新化合物,Ⅶ 和Ⅷ 为首次从玄参中得到。 同时,全归属了 6′-O-乙酰哈巴苷的碳和氢信号。

[Abstract]
Thirteen compounds were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the root of Scrophularianingpoensis Hemsl..By means of physicochemical and spectroscopic methods,they were identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ),cinnamic acid (Ⅱ),β-sitosteryl-3- O- β- D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ),ningpogenin (Ⅳ),6 ′ - Oacetylharpagoside (Ⅴ),harpagoside (Ⅵ),and geniposide (Ⅶ),verbascoside (Ⅷ),angoroside C (Ⅸ),harpagide (Ⅹ),glucose (Ⅺ),fructose (?) and sucrose (ⅩⅢ).CompoundⅤ was new,whileⅦ and Ⅷ were isolated from S.ningpoensis for the first time.Unambiguous1 H and13 CNMR spectral assignments were made forⅤ on the basis of 2D NMR in combination with 1D NM R.
