建立测定中药材、中成药中农药灭幼脲残留的含量。采用RP-HPLC法, ODS色谱柱。流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25), 检测波长250nm。结果:加样回收率92.67%～100.21%, 0.0315～0.63μg/mL、0.315～6.3μg/mL时, r=0.9999, 线性关系良好。简便、快速, 适合中药材、中药制剂中农药灭幼脲残留的监控。

An HPLC method for the determination of residual diflubenzuron in Chinese Traditional and herbal medicine was established. The mobile phase constituted of methanol water (75∶25), with detection wavelength 250 nm, and flow rate 1 mL/min. The recovery rate was 92 67～100 21%. The standard curve is linear in the range of 0 031 5～0 63 μg/mL, r=0 999 9. The method is simple, rapid and reliable. It is suitable for the determination of residual diflubenzuron in Chinese traditional and herbal medicines.
