对南方红豆杉叶愈伤组织诱导条件及最适培养基组成成分进行了探讨。结果表明,2,4-D比NAA更有利于愈伤组织的形成。培养基中添加适当浓度的CA、Phe和乙酸钠能促进南方红豆杉愈伤组织的生长和紫杉醇的积累。

The induction condition and optimum medium constitution for callus growth of Taxus chinensis var.mairei (Lemee et Levl.) Cheng et L.K.Fu leaves were studied.The results indicated that 2, 4 D was more effective in inducing callus than NAA.Certain concentrations of CA (0 1%) phenylalanine (1 0 mmol/L) and sodium acetate (0.5 mmol/L) not only promoted the callus growth, but also increased the accumulation of taxol contents.
