对二苯代苦味肼基自由基 (DPPH)分光分析法进行了系统研究,结果表明,该法灵敏、简便、实用且重现性好,不失为筛选自由基清除剂的好方法。

The use of 1, 1 diphenyl 2 picrylhydrazyl free radical for the screening of free radical scavenger was studied by spectrophotometry.The result showed that the method was sensitive, simple, applicable and had a good reproducibility.It is a good method for the screening of free radical scavenger.
