用间接免疫荧光法测定 Raji细胞和 B95-8细胞 EB病毒抗原的表达。结果显示无细胞毒浓度的茶多酚与亚硒酸钠联合对 Raji细胞 EBV- EA表达有显著的抑制作用,优于单纯茶多酚或亚硒酸钠的抑制作用。两药显示相互协同增效的作用。抑制率与药物浓度相关 ;单纯茶多酚对 B95-8细胞 EBV- VCA表达无抑制作用,但茶多酚能增强亚硒酸钠对B95-8细胞 EBV- VCA表达的抑制作用,抑制率随药物浓度的升高而升高。表明茶多酚能增强亚硒酸钠对 Raji细胞 EBV- EA及 B95-8细胞 EBV- VCA表达的抑制作用

EBV antigen expression of Raji cells and B 95 8 cells was detected using indirect immunofluorescence staining methods.The experimental results showed that tea polyphenol and sodium selenite used in combination at non cytotoxic concentrations showed markedly inhibitory effects, on EBV EA expression of Raji cells, superior to either tea polyphenol or sodium selenite when used alone.The two drugs showed synergetic effect with each other.With a rate of inhibition dependent on tea polyphenol concentration.Single tea polyphenol had no inhibitory effect on EBV VCA expression of B 95 8 cells, but could enhance the inhibitory effect of sodium selenite in such cases on a concentration dependent manner.Tea polyphenol would enhance the inhibitory effect of sodium selenite on EBV EA expression of Raji cells and EBV VCA expression of B 95 8 cells.
