从细梗香草 Lysimachia capillipes中分得 8个化合物,经光谱 (IR,MS,¹H,¹³CNMR,¹H-¹HCOSY,¹H-¹³CCOSY,HMBC)解析,鉴定了2个新化合物 :香草内酯 (Ⅰ)和香草素 (Ⅱ)以及 6个已知化合物 :胡萝卜苷 (Ⅲ)、琥珀酸 (Ⅳ)、槲皮素 (Ⅴ)、3,4,5,5 ,7-五羟基黄酮 (Ⅵ)、槲皮素-3- O-β- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)和山柰酚,其中 为首次从该属植物中分到。

Eight compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl They were identified as capilliplactone (Ⅰ), capillipnin (Ⅱ), β daucosterol (Ⅲ), succinic acid (Ⅳ), quercetin (Ⅴ), 3, 4, 5, 5, 7 pentahydroxyflavone (Ⅵ), quercetin 3 O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅶ) and kaempferol (Ⅷ) on the basis of chemical and spectra data Among them, Ⅰ and Ⅱ were novel, their structures were established as all cis 5 deoxy pentonic acid γ lactone (Ⅰ) and 1, 2, 4, 5 tetrahydroxy 3 n pentylbenzen 2,4 di O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅱ) by one and two dimensional NMR techniques ( 1HNMR, 13 CNMR, DEPT, 1H 1HCOSY, 1H 13 CCOSY, HMBC etc ) and all 1H and 13 C signals were assigned.
