[摘要]
从葫芦茶 Tadehagi triquetrum(L.) Ohashi中又分得 9个单体化合物。通过化学方法和波谱分析鉴定其结构分别为 :乌索酸 (Ⅰ)、冬青素 A (Ⅱ)、3,5 -二羟基苯基 - 6 - O-反式 -对羟基 -肉桂酰基 -β- D-葡萄吡喃糖苷 (Ⅲ)、山柰素 - 3- O- β- D-葡萄吡喃糖苷 (Ⅳ)、山柰素 - 3- O- β- D-半乳吡喃糖苷 (Ⅴ)、(+) -儿茶素 (Ⅵ)、3,5 -二羟基苯基 -β- D -葡萄吡喃糖苷 (Ⅶ)、槲皮素 - 3- O-β-D-葡萄 (6→ 1) -α-L-鼠李吡喃糖苷 (Ⅷ)、山柰素 - 3- O-β- D-半乳 (6→ 1) - α- L-鼠李吡喃糖苷 (Ⅸ)。其中 为新化合物,命名为葫芦茶苷。其余 8个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得

[Abstract]
Nine compounds were isolated from ethanolic extracts of Tadehagi triquetrum (L. ) Ohashi (Leguminosae). Their structures were identified as: ursolic acid (Ⅰ), ilexgenin A(Ⅱ), 3, 5-dihydroxyphenyl 6-O-trans-p-coumaroly-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅳ), kaempeferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (Ⅴ), (+)-catechin (Ⅵ), phlorin (Ⅶ), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (6→1)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (Ⅷ) and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl (6→1)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (Ⅸ) by chemical methods and spectroscopic analysis. Ⅲ is a new compound, named tadehaginoside. The other eight compounds were all obtained from this plant for the first time.
