用HPLC法，超声波提取，对中药止痛胶囊中主药白芍中芍药苷含量进行测定。其平均回收率为100.72%,相对标准偏差为1.23%.结果表明：用本法测定该止痛胶囊中芍药苷含量，结果准确、灵敏、方法简便，且有适用性。

The determination of paeoniflorin in analgesic Zhitong Capsule by HPLC was reported. The sample was extracted by ultrasonography.Chromatographic conditions:Shimadzu LC-6; column size pack CLC-ODS 150 mm X 6 mm;detection wave length，245;flow rate1 mL/min;mobile Shim-phase-methanol一acetonitril-acetic acid-water(15:7. 5:2:75.5).The average recovery was 100. 72% and RSD1.23%. The method is simple，sensitive and gave satisfactory results.
