建立了测定降糖清胶囊中马钱素含量的 RP-HPLC法，固定相为Sperisorb-C₁₈[ 4.6mm(id)×250mm]色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水(30:70),检测波长为236nm;马钱素的平均加样回收率为96.52%.本法快速、专一、重现性好，为降糖溶胶囊质控提供了可靠的检测手段。

A reverse-phase HI'1.C method was described for the determination of loganin in Jiang-tangqtng Zucc. for Capsule，a prescription containing 12 Chinese herbal drugs including ，C'urnus ofliciualis sieb. et the treatment of type .diabetes mellitus. The ingredient was separated on a Sperisorb-C₁₈,e 4. 6 mm(i. d )X 250 mm column，using methanol-water (30:70) as the mobile phase，and detected at UV 236 nm.methodwas rapid specific and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Jiang-tangqing Capsule.
