用 RP-HPLC法对丹参培养物中迷迭香酸和紫草酸 B进行了定量分析。在 Nova pah C18色谱柱上,以MeOH-MeCN-H2O(37:1:62),甲酸调节pH至2.67为流动相,2组分分离完全,工作曲线线性良好、迷迭香酸在 0.661~5.510 μg、紫草酸 B在 0.601~5. 010μg范围内均呈线性关系,回收率分别为 100.5%(RSD 2.82%)和 100.2%(RSD 2.53%)。

A RP-HPLC method was established for the simultaneous separation and determination of rosmarinic acid and lithospermic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge cultures on a Novapak C18 column, employing MeOH-MeCN-H2O (37∶1∶62) adjusted to pH 2.67 with formic acid as the mobile phase. The recoveries were 100.5%, RSD 2.82% for rosmarinic acid and 100.2%, RSD 2.53% for lithospermic acid B.
