用正交设计法考察了4种激素对何首乌嫩茎、叶诱导愈伤组织产生的影响。方差分析结果显示:2,4-D、IBA作用极显着。6-BA作用显着,NAA作用不显着,它们作用大小依次为:2,4-D>IBA>6-BA>NAA,诱导何首乌愈伤组织产生的最佳激素配比为:MS+2,4-D 1mg/L(以下单位同)+ 6-BA1+IBA 0.5.

Effects of 2,4-D, 6-BA, NAA and IBA on calli inducement of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. were studied by L9 (34) orthogonal design. The experimental results showed that the actions of 2,4-D and IBA were extremely remarkable, that of 6-BA was remarkable, while NAA was least effective. The order of their efficiencies was 2,4-D ＞ IBA ＞ 6-BA ＞ NAA. The best medium for calli inducement was MS+2,4-D, 1 mg/L+6-BA, 1 mg/L+IBA, 0.5 mg/L.
